I’ll be back
The room was spacious and clean. Pool right outside the door. Marlin was excellent and very helpful! Avi the driver was great, Jose was our taxi guy…..really enjoyed the hotel and staff. Awesome coffe/beeakfast/snack shop around the corner.

Amazing stay So clean, convenient and safe location. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We wish we could've stayed longer. Housekeeping was perfect, seriously spotless and polished. We wish we could stay longer.

Better Than Expected
This place is very upscale and had great amenities. the rooms were spacious. the welcome drink and snack were wonderful. Driving up through the neighborhood it was a pleasant surprise as its surroundings where a residential area so the boutique hotel seemed out of place, but everything felt safe.

Perfection with wonderful staff
Perfect! We rented a car and had multiple day trips planned and this hotel was perfect from it. We arrived early and they allowed us to drop our bags (and even had them in our room waiting for us when we came back). The room was spacious with almost any amenity you’d want including a very well stocked kitchen. We had fresh coconut bread waiting for us too. They even had washcloths and a makeup remover washcloth which is unusual for hotel rooms these days. It was basically a luxury hotel on a budget. We were provided with a clicker to get the car in/out for the gate. They have a small pool, spa and gym. And the grounds were maintained. The real highlight is the staff. Marlin provided recommendations and contacts to tour guides. Between him and the other girl, they made us feel more than welcome and it just elevated the entire experience. The owner was in contact frequently via messages, making sure the stay was as expected. This place went beyond my expectations and I would hands down stay here again. You should do yourself a favor, and just book this place now

Our stay at The Palms was incredible! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, made even better by the amazing folks working there! The room was gorgeous, had a super nice balcony to lounge on, and the pool was perfect! Marlon, the concierge, was amazing and super helpful with recommendations and accommodations. Already wishing I could go back!

The Palms Belize Hotel Review Overall Experience: Excellent stay for the family. Staff: Marlin and his team were great. Rooms: Clean and well-maintained. Modern chic hotel with spacious rooms. Its more of a boutique style hotel with very clean rooms. There is no bar or restaurant on site but there are restaurants within 10-15min walking distance.

Gorgeous Spot in Belize City
Everything about our stay was excellent - they arranged a pick-up at the airport and a shuttle to the water taxi the next day. Everyone had helpful suggestions about local restaurants and Marlon gave us specific suggestions for activities on other parts of our trip. The hotel room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool, but it was well-maintained, as was the gym. The property was hated and there was on-site security. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Hidden Gem with Style and Comfort
Nestled in what appears to be a quiet residential neighborhood, this charming property is a true hidden gem. While slightly off the main path, it’s just a pleasant 12-minute walk to vibrant nightlife, a casino, and fantastic restaurants. At first glance, the property resembles a condo building, but once inside, it quickly reveals its unique character. The immaculate grounds set the tone, and checking into our third-floor space was a delightful surprise. The room’s design was both stylish and pristine, showcasing meticulous attention to detail that immediately made us feel at home. One standout touch was the complimentary dessert, a thoughtful and delicious addition that perfectly capped off our arrival. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to local attractions, this property is an excellent choice! This is most certainly on my must stay again list.

The Palms Belize was wonderful! The room amazing, very spacious, clean, modern, and very accommodating. The welcome gift-coconut bread was very delicious and sweet!! 2 suggestions for the rooms with a king size bed - switch the wardrobe close to where the pictures are on the wall, so you can better see the TV from the super comfortable bed and blanket. Consider adding a complimentary breakfast buffet for 2- 3 hours maybe by the pool area or in front of by the front door. They had all necessary kitchen utensils, bottle opener, plates, bowls, glasses and wine glasses. The refrigerator and snack station was fully stocked. Pool was beautiful cleaned regularly and a good temperature. We didn’t use the gym and spa area but it seemed nice. Small capacity. Excellent customer service. The grounds were well-groomed, maintained and clean at all times. Security at night. Marlen the concerige/manager was fantastic!! He made himself available at all times, assisted with restaurants recommendations, excursions, taxi/shuttle services, local sites and Belizean history and culture. He is the best! I stayed for 5 days with my daughter. He made us feel extremely comfortable, welcoming and always willing to accommodate us. I will definitely stay again at Psalm Belize!! Ohhh, tour guide King David and his worker Jack was the best!! Highly recommend them and Marlen referred King David to us!! Amazing full day trip at Altun Ha, monkey sanctuary and cave tubing!! Great memories at Belize!!!!

My stay at The Palms in Belize City was amazing! I came across this property late in my visit, but I’m so glad I did, as it’s now my favorite place to stay in the city!! The property is well maintained and very clean. I felt very safe and appreciated the gate opener to make driving in easy. The Palms paid attention to the details and I love that. Marlon provided excellent service and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing! I felt taken care of from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. I’ve already recommended The Palms Belize to a couple friends and I’ll for sure be back on my next visit!

This is beautiful new hotel. The rooms are very specious , modern design with sitting area and large TV screen . The bar area in the room,coffee maker toaster and plates are very helpful. The complimentary coffee cake was delicious.They have nice swimming pool. The place is safe in good neighborhood. The beautiful coffee shop is in the walking distance to the hotel. They serve delicious coffee You will find a lots of breakfast and lunch options.My husband and I love the place. We stayed there last night before going to airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They organized out taxi from the ferry. It was awesome stay . We will come back. Thank you for you hospitality.
