It's a good hotel, the access and checkin was quite simple and efficient, no toiletries apart of a couple small soaps, no shampoo nor conditioner, thankfully there's a dollar general right across the street they open early, convenient for a one night stay

Online states that check in was anytime the lady at the front desk said cut off time was 11pm, in which she was nice and allowed me to check in at midnight. The beds were clean, room is very cramped, found dirty socks and sandals in my room. Parking is in front or on side. Front side is maybe 4 spots, 3 if people can’t park. The side is parking on rocks/ grassy area. I didn’t feel safe parking there, but there was nowhere else. Breakfast was not available and the area was very dirty. Overall I was there for sleep in which I got.

2/10 - 별로예요

Staff was great, friendly and very helpful. The room on the other hand was not, moldy roof in the bathroom, main door had a huge gap(opening) so I could hear the television from the next room, floor was sticky due to the automatic spray in the room. Also I left at 5:30 am and so did a lot of others and there was no breakfast.

4/10 - 보통이에요

Stayed for ten days and only got room service once. Breakfast was lacking. Only cereals and had to ask for waffle mix to make waffles. Staff was nice but definitely expected more as a guest. Rooms were a little dirty when first checked in. Lady up front was nice and tried all she can.

4/10 - 보통이에요

No handsoap, extremely small towels, toilet paper was halfway done. Place was supposed to have breakfast (which was important for us) but after we arrived, we were informed that they actually only had cereal (no milk or spoons provided, just cereal).... IG just ok to sleep, but anything else wasn't even close to the minimum of what we expected.

Traveling with two large dogs and a parrot, we found ourselves needing an unexpected stop in Dilley. The Hotel Dilley Grand turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The hosts were genuinely welcoming and made our whole crew feel right at home. The historic building has been recently renovated. Our room was well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable with quality linens. We also appreciated the shared kitchen and dining area, available 24/7, stocked with basic provisions and a Keurig. The location is quiet overall, except for the occasional train. Having a large dollar store across the street is convenient. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it's clean and comfortable, with warm hospitality and some historical charm. For the price, it’s an easy five stars.
