Das Apartment war toll. Man sollte nur wissen, dass ein Entfeuchtungsgerät immer läuft, ist zwar nicht extrem laut, aber man hört es in der Nacht.

Delayed check in because they couldnt understand an abbreviation of a full name, and held us hotage until the tourist tax was paid. On entry, we were hit by a thick, unremitting stench of damp and mould. Further inspection revealed large patches of black, pink and white mould in multiple locations. Informed the host who said they'd resolve it and get us a new place. Two hours later, nothing. Eventually told us there was no other place. Went back to the flat to find two women pretending to clean. Very keen to tell me it "wasn't mould", which it definitely was. Forced to stay for two days in a stinking cellar. We now all have sore throats and feel unwell. Also the fridge defrosted itself on the floor, not for the first time, it appears from the cabinet door frame. One toilet roll and one coffee.pos for the whole two day stay. Towels were not changed and we had to mop the floor with the to deal with the broken fridge. The host acknowledged our concerns, and then did absolutely nothing about them, and refused to refund us, stating that black mould is a feature, not a bug, in old damp cellar conversions. We visited multiple similar buildings in the old town, and none had black mould or an over earing smell. A disaster with no resolution, as yet...

O local é excelente, dentro do centro histórico com ótimas opções de restaurantes e mercados nas proximidades. A comunicação para o processo de checkin foi mais complexo, exigindo quase um contrato de locação para concluí-lo. A parte as exigências legais da cidade, que não se discute, não houve ajuda da parte do locatário. O local não é apropriado para estadias além de três dias, não há troca de roupas de cama ou banho e nem mesmo existe local para secagem das roupas..

Check in tiden var inte samma som det står i Hotels.se. Fick checkin 16:00 istället för 15:00. Golvet var inte rent. Det är synd eftersom stället har sin charm och ligger bra till. Det har ett litet kylskåp, vilket är trevligt, men det var inte heller rent.

A nightmare

The worst experience of my life. A total mess. No beddings no cleaning no communications, even for the keys I was trying to find a way to acquire them for 6 hours. People don’t choose this apartment for any reason. Be careful. We stayed with no accommodation at 23:00 in the night. The owners are a total fraud.

Generally terrible customer service.

Communication with host is absolutely terrible. Chat gets you an answer in 2-4 hours, phone cues are between 10-30 minutes. The room was nice, but wasn’t clean or ready on time. Took another 24 hours after check in to get the cleaners to come and clean the floors, and they basically left the floors in the same dirty condition they were at check in.

La ubicación es buena , la habitación tiene muchísimo olor a humedad . El baño se separa del resto solo por una pared que no va hasta el techo . El enchufe para las cosas de cocina estaba roto , tenía la pata del enchufe de la jarra eléctrica incrustado , un verdadero peligro !!! Escribimos y nadie respondió con lo cual no pudimos usar los artefactos . Cuando moví el microondas estaba todo sucio . La única mesa que había para comer tenía una pata rota

appartamento carino a Bari Vecchia, a due passi dal lungomare e dalle attrazioni principali. Nonostante sia in centro è un po' defilato, quindi è molto silenzioso. Check-in facile e veloce, vengono fornite le istruzioni per il ritiro chiavi la mattina. 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale. Bella doccia, tv, wi-fi. Letti comodi. Manca un porta sapone nella doccia e un porta-asciugamani nel bagno.
