I want to say that only the staff at the reception desk is very good and friendly. The hotel is more like a motel. I moved three times by the staff to try to please me. After arriving, I called Hotels.com to cancel my reservation due to the hotel's poor quality. They can't cancel, and the hotel offered me an upgraded room. The room was worse than the first one, but the bed was a king size. My surprise is that the bathroom does not have hot water. I received another upgrade to a double queen bed, and it was even worse. The beds are not comfortable, and the frame that supports the mattress and box spring made a noise similar to a cat's cry. Additionally, the corridor is made of wood and you can hear everyone carrying their luggage outside your room very loudly. The staff effort is appreciated, but the experience was terrible. I would not recommend this place to my enemy.
