This hotel is was perfect for our 4 night stay made even better by Armando, the guy on reception was so welcoming and accommodating from the moment we checked in to checked out. Thank you for making our stay so easy. Very clean hotel. Easy to walk in and out of Ksamil. Breakfast is very basic but not an issue for us. Air con was not very strong but was bearable. Great hotel and would recommend. Great room view of the sea

A equipe de funcionários foi ótima, quarto muito limpo. A vista do nosso quarto (301) era bonita. Tem estacionamento gratuito e é bem localizado. Não gostamos do café da manhã. Não havia, por exemplo, chocolate em pó, ovos mexidos….. talvez seja um café da manhã preparado para a cultura albanesa. Os sumos são artificiais!

Super clean and friendly stafff. Our room had a few unfinished details aka random coat hangers, the frame of the bathroom door fell off, the towel rack fell off, We were only given one sheet between two. Location was very close to the beach and also less busy than the other areas of Ksamil. Would recommend with caveats but nothing wrong with it per se

Nice and clean hotel with quite good breakfast with variable choises. This hotel is on a ”quieter” part of Ksamil, even though someone or some bar started to play loud music on Saturday night around midnight, what was awful. Nice beaches near by and 10 minutes away from nice restaurants. If you haven’t been in Ksamil before, be aware that it is a really hilly place with lot’s of up’s and down’s 😅

Great location the nearest beach is only a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast was pretty basic and the same every day. There’s no pool or restaurant, which is a downside. The rooms aren’t the biggest, and the bed sheets were a bit too thin. However, the staff were friendly, and the room was cleaned every other day. Overall, you get what you pay for, but I would stay here again.

Vi var nöjda med Nobbu hotel. Trevlig personal och bra läge. Vi fick en uppgradering av rum vilket vi uppskattade, mycket fin utsikt. Det tillagade på frukosten var något kallt och segt. Överlag nöjda och skulle kunna besöka igen.

Stayed one night in nobbu hotel with my husband. The hotel staff was very polite and kind and hospitable. They offered us an upgrade with a Seaview room. The room was clean and tidy and beautiful. Everything looked very up-to-date and newly built the location of the hotel was good, however the access was slightly difficult - but I have to admit this is a similar problem. You will find in most of the hotels in ksmail. The hotel had a dedicated basement Parking. They also included a breakfast which was good however that is one thing that can be improved a little bit. We had the breakfast around 10:30 am and the breakfast ends at 11 am so I’m not sure if that was because we started breakfast near the ending time but some of the things were a bit cold and I think the breakfast Overall can be improved a little bit. In terms of service the staff was very nice and accommodating. We did a late checkout and they accommodated this for us, and we also asked for a blanket as it was a little cold which they also provided to us late at night. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

Nytt og fint hotell med bra beliggenhet - særlig fin sjø utsikt fra det øverste rommet (be om å få rommet i 4 etg). Frokost helt ok og veldig hyggelig personale. Pluss for gratis parkering i kjeller og minus for myke senger med harde puter. Verd å betale for rom med balkong og sjøutsikt 😊
