Ein Hotel, das seine besten Tage hinter sich hat

Das Hotel hat seine besten Tage definitiv hinter sich. Es sieht aus wie ein Holiday Inn Express aussieht, aber es ist alt, was man am sehr verdreckten Teppichboden, den abgewrackten Türen und den Fenstern sieht. Uns ist tatsächlich die Leselampe explodiert, als wir sie einschalten wollten und dementsprechend dann die Sicherung rausgeflogen. Das Frühstück ist das Standard-Frühstück der Holiday Inn Express Kette, war aber deswegen nicht gut, weil nicht rechtzeitig Essen nachgelegt werden konnte, weil offensichtlich Personal fehlte. Der Eingang des Hotels ist schwierig zu finden, dennoch ist das Hotel recht einfach zu erreichen, weil es direkt gegenüber einer U-Bahn-Station liegt (etwa 200 Meter Fußweg). Zudem ist das Hotel sehr weit von den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt entfernt und setzt grundsätzlich U-Bahn-Fahrten voraus. Das Personal ist freu freundlich und die Zimmer haben eine angemessene Größe, das Reinigungspersonal ist gut, kann aber gegen die altersbedingten Unreinheiten etwa des Bodes nichts ausrichten. Für einen Aufenthalt in Suzhou sind Hotel in der Nähe des Sees oder in der Innenstadt sicher komfortabler.

Nice hotel, terrible breakfast

This hotel is well situated near a large shopping center and a metro stop. Also, there are nearby bus stops as well. The hotel itself seems to be well-maintained and the room is mostly comfortable. I say mostly because it always seems so hot in the rooms, even in the dead of winter. I always have to ask for a fan to offset the heat. I adjust the thermostat, but it doesn't seem to help. The breakfast buffet that was included with my stay is mostly terrible; it's VERY Chinese/Asian style. One small toaster with two slots for everyone to share, the eggs are cooked in a lot of oil (to be fair, they do have boiled eggs as an alternative), not enough fresh fruit, etc. I usually bring my own juice and milk because what they offer is dismal (powdered milk maybe?). Otherwise, everything else is nice.

Good location, fine hotel

The Holiday Inn Express is a fine hotel. Their breakfast could be a little more international flavored and their rooms need a little sprucing up (stained carpet, faulty showerhead), but it's in a good location and the staff is generally quite friendly.

No heating!!

There was no thermostat for heating in the room. Hotel wouldn't turn on heat during Spring time and cannot provide a space heater or other alternatives! Very Disappointing!!

普段は中国系のホテルに泊まりますが、今回は料金も手ごろで地下鉄1号線玉山路の駅からも徒歩圏内だった為、決めました。（蘇州の中心の観光地からは離れています。）後から駅の近くに日系デパートの泉屋があると知って得した気分になりました。館内、部屋とも値段の割りに綺麗で良かったです。ただ、ボディーソープとシャンプーが一緒の据え置きでした。朝食は温かい麺（昼に蘇州麺を食べようと思っていたので）すごく嬉しかったです。フロントでは、ホテルからセミナー会場に向かう際のバスを丁寧に教えて頂いて嬉しかったです。

One of the worst holiday inn I have ever stayed in. Awful breakfast. No room service. No English spoken staff. Aweful front desk service.

自己是holiday inn express的鐵粉，但這真的是最爛的holiday inn express。在入住前四小時通知我保留到晚上八點，因為房間滿了，但我明明就已經預付完全額房費。房間有線跟無線網路都連不上，抱怨了也沒用，只好到大廳上網。電梯有菸味跟菸蒂，廁所洗手乳上佈滿灰塵，吹風機用三十秒跳電一次，早餐選擇非常少，早餐蛋還要自己煎，跟前臺反應兩次，一次的回覆不專業，一次態度隨便。

The room was clean and bright. We were unable to get a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, there was a lingering smell of smoke. The air-conditioner didn't seem to work, but the night was cool enough that it didn't matter. The breakfast needed some crispy bacon and scrabled eggs.

極一般なビジネスホテル

見た目は豪華絢爛なイメージはありますが、入って見たら特に外国資本のホテルという印象はありませんでした。 コスパに釣られて泊まってみたのですが外国資本のホテルにしては、値段は中の下ですが、質はローカルのホテルとあんまり変わりがありませんでした。だったらローカルのホテルに泊まったらもっと安く泊まれるという感じです。 朝ごはんは品数があんまりなく、普通です。 ロケーションは良くて、近くに日系デパートがあり、歩いて五分で行けます。無線は使えるから、出張で一泊だけしてすぐほかの場所に移す人には無難かな。 泊まって頭に残らないホテルでした。
