1) No free internet One would think that free internet would be provided when paying $150 per night. They've set up things so that you pay either $5 or $10 per day for internet if you're not a Wyndham member, and the feature by which one becomes a Wyndham member or logs in as a Wyndham member doesn't work properly. 2) Poor lighting in the rooms The only ceiling light in my room was at the door. There are no ceiling lights over the kitchen, sitting area, or bed. One therefore is in a dimly light room with two bedside lamps and one floor lamp. 3) Phone system is poor and they don't answer phones. On two different stays I needed to inform the staff of a late arrival, and each time I called the hotel 6+ times with no one answering the phone. Finally I called the Wyndham 800 number, their corporate customer service called the hotel, and I was connected with a staff member. The staff member then acted like there must be something wrong with MY phone. The gaslighting is disrespectful and it would be better if they just apologized and explained the reason for not answering. It's a nice hotel, always clean, and has comfortable beds. They just need to make some improvements.

The hotel was SO nice, clean, and the amenities were outstanding! The attention to detail with organic materials, the MOST comfortable bed, spacious room, and the fitness center was like I was in my own home gym! The staff were super professional as well.

This hotel is definitely the best place to stay in Kingman. Wonderfully clean, friendly staff, extremely comfortable beds, quality furniture in the room. I have no complaints whatsoever and if I’m ever unfortunate enough to find myself in Kingman (not a great town) again, I will absolutely be staying here.

The lobby of this place was super swanky and nice, like a casino, which seems the intention. Breakfast was ok. The kitchen in our room was supposed to be fully equipped but was missing whatever I was supposed to cook on and only had one fork but several other utensils. The bathtub had soap scum on it so thick I could scrape it with my fingernail. The tile surround for the tub is black so the soap scum is very obvious. One of the dryers had crusty “mud” inside it from a previous user. BUT none of that is so frustrating as the front desk clerk who shared WAY too much personal information about herself and when I needed additional quarters and washcloths, had to be summoned from the parking lot from where she told me she was “visiting one of their best customers.” I’m sorry! I didn’t know I’d booked a room at a brothel!

Made it work, won’t do it again.

As this property is new, you’d expect everything to be working, this was not the case. Elevator 2, swimming pool, washer/dryer was out of service. Room description says there was a stove in the room, not the case. The barstools are too high for the breakfast nook. Can’t sit at the nook comfortably unless you are a child. The faucet is too big for the small sink. Had to remove all packing materials from dishwasher prior to use. The room was extremely small and not 100% clean(garbage was found under and behind furniture) The comforters were stained. The bathroom sink leaked. Breakfast bar attendant was very grumpy every day, never a pleasant experience with her. Asked to be moved to another room that would fit my family better…came with $400 upgrade fee. We made due but won’t stay again…
