Paradise Resort Gold Coast
"Excellent for families with children. Great location. Hotel rooms felt outdated."
Nightelier Mermaid Waters
"This was a good location and value, The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly.. we appreciated there was a complimentary breakfast. The restaurant could do with better management and attention. Often no cutlery - the ‘clean’ plates and cutlery were dirty on various occasions. Also the housekeeping didn’t come every day and when it did often didn’t do a complete job - it seemed like they were in a hurry maybe so would do 80% and then forget a couple of things like cleaning the second cup, or leaving fresh coffee pods or not making bed properly."
Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast
"Nice place if you want to relax away from the city. Easy access to the beach. But due to being built in old infrastructure there wasn’t any exhaust fans working in the bathrooms. The drain in our first room was foaming after using the shower, we brought this up with staff but the issue didn’t seem to get resolved, thankfully Mitch the duty manager for acknowledging our concern and offered to upgrade our room which we’re very thankful for. Checkout was simple as well thanks to Abraham for assisting us with that and spotting a miscalculation in the invoice."
Mantra Legends Hotel
"Beautiful view. Nice and big room."

"Overall Good"
Hilton Surfers Paradise Hotel & Residences
"We liked the room, an despite the noise from the streets etc we slept soundly. The Breakfast room was very busy, queues to get a table, and difficult to move about because of the congestion. Perhaps an area for adults only would help as there were a lot of children running around. We did not find it very pleasant to eat. However, the choice of food was excellent."
QT Gold Coast
"Great little get away for a girls trip with my young daughter. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Unfortunately the weather was not kind to us which meant we didn’t get to use the pool. However having the cafe and restaurants just downstairs was very handy. Loved that it was close to the main area of surfers yet just far enough away to enjoy a more relaxed vibe. We will definitely be back. Staff were super friendly, helpful and polite."
Novotel Surfers Paradise
"Location"
JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa
"The property is very well maintained. Pools are beautiful and clean and water temperature is perfect. Buffet and food generally is high quality. Worth every cent, will keep going back! Rooms seem to have been renovated, they look great. Shower and bath were luxurious."

- Be flexible with dates: Prices may vary based on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates could help you save on your Gold Coast hotel stay. For those interested in unique accommodations, boutique hotels might offer a more personalized experience and sometimes even more value. - Consider your location: Hotels near the city center usually tend to be more expensive, but thanks to Gold Coast's fantastic public transportation options, you might discover a more affordable independent hotel a bit farther out that is still conveniently connected.
