The staff and breakfast were the best parts of our stay. The team were friendly and helpful throughout. They got us the Geneva Pass and organised a takeaway breakfast for us, which arrived on time. Breakfast itself was brilliant. The room was a different story. The heater didn't work, the mattress was uncomfortable and the TV didn't work either. For the amount we paid, we expected the basics in the room to be in working order. The service deserved a better room to go with it.

Only stayed the one night as it was the perfect stop over between the train arriving in Geneva Station at 10.45pm and catching the ferry across Lake Geneva in the morning at 10.45am. The hotel is wonderful and I was sorry that we just had such a short stay. I'd easilly and happily book here again as it's a strong contender for returning to Geneva and exploring the city. Staff were marvelous. As we arrived so late, and the reception desk closes at 9pm, they had left easy to follow instructions for us to get the key for the room. They aso were a delight to talk with in the morning

This was a great place for a couple days. Close to restaurants and train station. We went during the “heat wave” so place was really hot but they provided us with fans.

Very nice staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was brought to us in the room and was great. Convenient location next to the main regional bus station and just a few blocks from both Cornavin train station and Lac Leman/Jet d'Eau.

Ideal position near bus and train station, clean hotel fully furnished, polite and gentle staff. Not fancy, not luxury, but you receive exactly what you expect from a hotel. Suggested!

Helpful staff when I called late to say we would be late for checkin they sorted a safe key for us (be aware checkin is not 24 hours) they also stored our bags for us while we went to explore after checkout. The room is okay, the bed is a bit old and springy, not especially comfy and we only had one towel instead of two. The included breakfast comes to your room and is okay, nothing exceptional but it was fine and nice to have it served in the room. The property feels like it needs some work, it's a little ugly and the toilet was leaking, that bathroom was outdated with a bathtub and shower curtain which made it feel very cramped. The mini fridge did not work and the fan supplied was very loud (but better than no fan at all!) If you like to sleep with window open it would be pretty loud as a location. But close to the Lake and close to bus/train stations which was convenient. Certainly nothing special or luxurious but more in the cheap and chearful category. I wouldn't recommend staying for more than a night or two.
