This is a very convenient hotel with a kitchenette and two fridges. A block to the lake and a few blocks to the train station, a lot of great restaurants, convenient stores, coop stores in the neighborhood. Short stop over in Geneva. Location was excellent for arriving by bus from Annecy. Really nice surprise touch to have breakfast delivered to the room in the morning. Great location for both the train & bus stations and for seeing the sights.

The personnel was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the room was very loud even at night: It was loud because of the street and loud because of the other guests in the nearby rooms. Moreover, it was not possible to open the blinds properly because they were broken. The breakfast was acceptable. The hotel has no air conditioning, so some rooms are very warm and if one opens the window, it is very loud.
