I was very disappointed with my experience here, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of Vera, the day shift receptionist. After I asked about canceling my stay (the walls are so thin that you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, which makes it difficult to rest on those very thin mattresses), she stopped treating me like a paying customer and acted as if providing accommodation was a favor. She avoided eye contact, barely responded verbally, and seemed visibly annoyed whenever I needed assistance. Her attitude was consistently condescending, and at one point when I asked if they had put towels (because she mentioned they forgot to put them) she even counted towels in front of me as if I couldn’t understand how many there were. While the night shift receptionist was kind and helpful, this experience was overall disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re looking for respectful customer service or a peaceful environment.
