Very comfortable stay. The rooms are modern and the beds have duvets instead of blankets, which we really liked.
Nicholas at reception was incredibly helpful and kind when checking us in. First time ever we have had staff speak Dutch to us at a foreign hotel.😍
Only point of improvement would be breakfast, the juice was not fresh but the kind with lots of added sugar and only runny scrambled eggs, no boiled eggs or the option of an omelette. These are minor things and we would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Staff was great, room was very small no suitable for 2 people. The worst part was the WiFi didn’t work at all in our floor, the 18th floor for all three days we were there, which made it very difficult to keep in contact with family outside Chile, specially during Christmas eve and Christmas Days, we were told by staff to come down to the mail lobby, which was not the best option.
