My recent stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The customer service truly exceeded expectations every team member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making me feel welcome and well cared for throughout my visit.
The breakfast was satisfactory, and the buffet layout was particularly impressive. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It’s evident that the hotel upholds very high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
The only downside was the inconsistent Wi-Fi connection, which I reported to the front desk on several occasions.
The airport shuttle service was excellent clean vehicle, pleasant drive, and a professionally courteous driver.
