Noisy and rude lazy staff

This apartment staff wasnt attentive. They supposed to text me earlier but they didnt send me how to check in and etc before the check in time. Regardless of what time i will be arriving, they should text me earlier or send me instruction on check in. I was only replied when i texted them at 5pm infront of the property, they sent me some forms to fill which I did. ( this is the 4th time staying in this apartment ) apparently what others will do is, they would email me as soon as i booked the property, then, i need to reply them by filling some forms and then on the day of check in or a day before, they would send me A QR, But for this time, as soon as i stand infront the counter, they asked me to send them a whatsap again and then asked me to fill in forms again, everything was already sent to her by whatsap earlier but she didnt bother or maybe too lazy to check the info , there fore i was told to refill again infront of her or i wouldnt get the QR code, yes she is rude. Aircond were not cold / working well in the room, our living room aircond were much colder , we have to leave our door open for the cold air to come on. During the first night it was raining, so we didnt heard much noise, but during the 2nd night. Theres mat rempit along the road infront the apartment ( we were giving 19th floor ) It was so noisy, with them racing up and down till 5am oh god. Please do something.
