The location of the hotel the beautiful sea view , a fantastic swimming pool area and the quality of the food is the restaurants was superb! The Breakfast was well organised and provided adequate choice. The Spa was great and very relaxing. The staff very attentive and friendly. The view from the rooms spectacular and they are a really family oriented hotel very good holiday for all even your pets. I would highly recommend this hotel, but make sure you have a car if you want to visit other adjoining areas.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent séjour à La Hacienda Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel La Hacienda. L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes de la plage, et l’hôtel offre de très belles installations, notamment les piscines. La chambre était propre, confortable et agréable. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour répondre aux demandes. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la qualité des repas et l’ambiance générale de l’hôtel. Une mention spéciale pour l’équipe d’animation, très sympathique et dynamique, qui contribue vraiment à rendre le séjour agréable. Nous repartons très satisfaits de notre expérience et nous recommandons vivement La Hacienda. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent stay for rest and relaxation. Great pool, beautiful property. Great attention to detail and extremely helpful staff. Rooms were beautiful and food was excellent. Only minor downside was the beach club/area was not yet open/available but we didn’t research this first.

The whole experience was amazing. The staff were super helpful and very polite. The smell of the entire hotel specially the entrance was amazing. The kids club was super clean with interesting activities for kids. The ocean and infinity pool view our best bet.

Me and my family spent great 6 days at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast is incredible. Dinning options very good as well. Dalmar restaurante was very good. Overall, the hotel is very beautifully decorated and staff really helpful. The beach club had good food and good music. The problem that some guest had reported about the beach golf cars in other reviews seems to be fully resolved. We did not wait for the golf car more than 3 minutes in any of the days. It was always very quick for us. Very convenient. I would love to go back to the hotel in the future.

We absolutely fell in love with this hotel and can’t wait to be back! This was our first visit, we’re a family with young children. The hotel is located in a secluded area but full of life! I can’t compliment the staff enough on their helpfulness and service. Truly outstanding! The rooms are spacious with great amenities. Pools are large and perfect for families. The pools were not heated as the temperature was 35-40 C, not a problem for us as it helped keep us cool. Food was delicious and there were great choices. Kids club was super for the little ones. The beach access is easy thanks to the buggy service. Highly recommend visiting!

Here’s a polished, balanced review you could post on Hotels.com: We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Fairmont La Hacienda. The resort is beautiful, everything felt brand new, and the facilities, rooms, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were excellent. Every member of the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and eager to help, which made our stay very enjoyable. The only issue we experienced was at check-in, when our luggage took around 40 minutes to be delivered to our room. As the resort has only recently opened, some of the team seemed a little inexperienced, but they were always friendly and did their best to provide great service. One thing to keep in mind is that the surrounding area is very quiet, with very little to do within walking distance. We visited Sotogrande Marina, which is the main nearby attraction, but a return taxi cost us around €60.

Is been a while since i stayed in a hotel like use to be. This hotel the staff treats you like a king. The make feel like royalty. Also is very difficult to fine such a good 5 star hotel that is pet friendly. I will be back probably forever end ever. 🤗🤗 I want to give special thanks TO EVERYONE. But hande the girls from the from desk are extremely wonderful. But again Everyone is. Thank you!!

We stayed 1 week, paid 20k$ for a 3 bedroom Suite, pool was not usable as full of algae, when complained they tried to clean it and then the water was dirty. Houskeeping is inconsistent, one day they have a trun down, the other day not, breakfast is sometimes a zoo, everyone running around and waiting times of 10-15min for a coffee, cold coffee.. building is nice, staff has zero passion to make your stay nice and if you complain not much happens.
