It started it out fantastic but our car was stolen the mast night we were there and the hotel was very unhelpful. It felt like an inside job. A brand new truck stolen with our baby-seat and stroller inside almost 4 hours from home. They would not show us the security footage or the name of the worker who was very suspicious. The first day we just checked in and that same suspicious worker came upstairs and said there was a complaint. She was trying to look in the room but I held it slightly open. Tjat same worker was waiting outside for her ride when we returned Saturday night only for our car to be stolen that night after we retired to our room. Other vehicles similar to ours have been stolen

Rooms are always clean and comfy. Breakfast is fresh and good as well. I love staying here when in Dallas. This is my go to spot. Great area as well, a lot of convienant options all around.

Excellent stay, very clean, great breakfast, free coffee all day, ample parking, vg location, easy fill water station, frig and microwave in room. Only minus was staff said internet was not free, even for hiilton honors guests.

We enjoyed this hotel and will stay again if we come back to the area. The staff was very friendly. The hotel and our room was clean and updated. The breakfast was good! We loved the location. It was only about 20-25 minutes from airport, Grapevine Mills and only 10 from downtown!

Bad customer service
They treat you like you work for them if you need anything for the room like towels etc they tell you go look down hallways for a made and asked them for clean towels or come to the front desk doing normal morning business hours of 9:00am just rude and lazy service! If youโre going on vacation donโt stay here they will put you to work like you are renting a Motel not a nice Hilton hotel sister property not your normal Hampton Inn suites thatโs for sure !

Donna from the front desk made my stay completely horrible. She made us sit in the lobby for at least 3 hours because she swore up and down they did not accept debit cards per the owner. Mean while my mom and I are showing her the company website for this exact location stating they accept debit / Visa cards. She agrees with the website but still says she has to go with the owners rules. We ask for the manager on duty she told me she was gone for the dayโฆ 3 minutes later here comes Anne i believe her name was the dang on manager! I told her what happened and she fixed it and got us in a room within 15 minutes. The manager Apologized and told Donna to handle it. Donna handled it but before she gave me the keys said โyeah sheโs doing this because you guys are from out of townโ like no sheโs not .. she was so difficult to work with and lacked empathy. The other staff were nice and my stay was pleasant! No bugs or anything.
