Prix raisonnable et chambre propre, localisation un peu lointaine mais dans un endroit calme. Un peu déçu qu’il n’y ai eu aucun passage dans la chambre durant notre séjour de 3 nuits (rafraîchissement, rechargement consommable etc..)

Nice sized room. Not many surfaces (tables, benches, places in the bathroom) to put items (computers, books, luggage, toiletries, etc...). Location was a little out of the way but quiet.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very helpful, especially the front desk. Off the beaten path but quiet and away from the crowds. Convenient for enjoying a beautiful sunset and close to water taxi station should you wish to visit Murano.

+ liegt in einem stillen Außenbezirk + sauberes Zimmer + Super hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter als ich meinen Koffer vorab Zwischenstellen wollte. Hat mir auch gleich geschrieben als das Zimmer bezugsfertig war - sehr, sehr hellhörig - In der Dusche fehlt eine Ablagefläche/-möglichkeit - Im Bad Allgemein fehlt Stellfläche Tipp wer mit Koffer anreist und bereits ein VaporettoTicket hat: Linie 5.1 Haltestelle "S. Alvise" Ist fast komplett barrierefrei und mit Rollkoffer am angenehmsten.

Quiet area away from tourists. Get a porter from train station to take your luggage. Newer property and done very nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Viviana was so awesome. Our room, Girasolle, had a huge terrace. So nice to sit out there in morning.

Excellent property, staff were very friendly, place was clean, situated in a very quiet area away from all the crowds. Newly decorated, beds comfortable, nice bars on nearby canals for coffee or drinks. You will need to walk a bit to get to most attractions so bare that in mind, but a lovely stay.

This is not exactly a hotel, rather a “guesthouse “ with no kitchen, no breakfast or common areas, and desk staff just 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. However they were totally honest and upfront about all that at the time of booking, and gave me a phone number to call in case of emergencies. Room is clean, has everything it needs. Owners are friendly and were helpful when they were there.

La chambre était propre, bien équipée, manque une poubelle pour les déchets ( capsules café, bouteilles, paquets ) placé au calme un peu caché, mais à 5 minutes de la miséricorde . Pas trop insonorisé mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé.
