Was a home that appeared to be turned into a boarding house. Room was smaller than a jail cell. I did not feel safe there. There was a gentleman laying on the floor when I got there because he couldn’t get into his bedroom. I reluctantly helped him get in. When leaving, there was a gentleman washing clothes in the sink. Would not recommend. It was cheap and you get what you paid for.

I did not realize that this is not a hotel but an AirBnb type of property that was able to get listed on Hotels.com Please make sure you are comfortable with this neighborhood before booking. Even if you try to cancel within 2-3 minutes, they will tell you that it is non-refundable and I found out why... After driving through the neighborhood. It does not make me feel safe and I'm a 44 year old male in good shape. So I lost the money to this owner and ended up getting alternate acomodations. Please at least take a look on googlemaps first before booking

Couldn’t stay here! We pulled in to the driveway and this place is scary. We were even afraid to get out of our car! Neighborhood extremely creepy and felt unsafe. We had to drive to a public place to search for a place to stay.

Before you arrive, text the number listed for the property to get check in instructions. Don’t message them through the app, don’t call them, don’t WhatsApp them. Just text. They will send you your room number and door codes. The first couple times these might be incorrect. Fortunately they were very responsive when I messaged so I was able to get it sorted. Other than the check-in difficulties, it’s a serviceable basic room where you can crash for a night before heading to your cruise or whatever.

The room was kept clean while I was out . The bathroom are shared But everyone Does follow House rules . Very quiet neighborhood. 10 mins away from Ft. Lauderdale airport. Great kitchen amenities . House keeping one message away immediately delivering extra Towels. My only complaint is some food smells coming from kitchen after each microwave use. But overall amazing.

I went to the bathroom someone had urinated all over the toilet. The water pressure was terrible in the bathroom. The pillows smelled terrible. One of the plugsdidnt work. I was not aware this was a house and the bathroom was communal. Instead of being called a hotel it should be called a hostel. There was someone trying to get lnto my room from the outside. I smelled weed and it was really loud.

The bed quality was poor. The bed was noisy with every move and was uncomfortable. The cleaning could have been improved. The property needed a sign outside and clearer instructions to how to enter and where the entrance is. It was very confusing and it was not clear that this was a shared bathroom. There was no TV in the room either.

Property was alright though the area looked a bit sketchy and there was a loud guest that was banging on people's doors asking about a car that was blocking the way at 2 am but other than that places was pretty clean and bed was nice.

I did not know it was set up like a hostel. It is a house with a bunch of rooms with 1 bathroom. This place should be a 20 dollar a night type of place. I was extremely deceived and Disappointed. I want a refund because i did not stay. Also, Expedia stated that my card would not be charded just to make the reservation. It was charged immediately! I am completely unsatisfied both from Expedia and Pacifica. I was totally mislead!

Took days to get a reply on instructions to access this property. Parking is very limited. Someone was knocking on every door at 5am because they were blocked in. Bed was not comfortable and noisy. Someone used our code to open the door at 9:30 pm as we were getting for bed. No apology from him. No secondary lock inside room so my wife was terrified the rest of the night. Would never stay there again.

This place was disgusting bathroom was full of ants everywhere bedroom closet had spiders and closet doorknobs were loose. There were also insects under the bed but the head rest. Place didn’t look anything like what the pictures looked. The person needs to update pictures on his account because it’s definitely more run down. Unfortunately the person doesn’t have the common courtesy to give us a refund. We’re on vacation and this definitely wasn’t the start we wanted especially since we got to the place to rest since we got there in the night time.

I had a very disappointing experience staying here. The owners were extremely rude and disrespectful throughout my stay, and communication was consistently delayed whenever I asked a question. Owners said that shampoo and conditioner were provided, but only shampoo was available. There was no body soap, no hairdryer, and even the toilet paper holder was not installed on the wall. The bathroom also had ants crawling around, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the listing advertised laundry services, but when I asked about it, the owners responded rudely and said it was not available for guests. The location is also quite isolated and felt a bit sketchy and uncomfortable. My room had a back door, and I did not feel comfortable as I heard someone try to come into my room through the back door (ended up being a confusion from another guest staying there) The only positive is that it may work as a quick place to stay if you have an early morning flight. Overall, because of the poor hospitality, inaccurate listing details, and cleanliness issues, I would not recommend staying here.

Only 1 bathroon for many rooms, this was not specified at Expedia when booking. People noisy, someone knocking on doors at 5 AM asking to move a car so he can leave the property, not enough place to park. I guess you get what you pay for.

Absolutely diabolical conditions. We arrived, and bought some tinned food. You’d expect a kitchen to have basic culinary tools, but we couldn’t even find a bloody can opener anywhere. Half our food was not able to be eaten and just went to waste. The guy kicks us out of the so called ‘air bnb’ after one night. Both bathrooms were occupied, which is apparently enough inconvenience to kick us out. We are getting a refund, but that’s gonna be hard, because the owner is an utter prick.

The toilet was out Saturday. I called to report it gave my name and room number. Even used same phone I texted my ID. The only response I got sometime after asking me if I had a reservation. Huh. Was asleep by 8pm and checked out 3am no idea of toilet status cause I left Not good
