Hotel itself was fine, no issues there. The front desk staff, on the other hand, was awful. There were 3-4 of them all much more interested in talking to each other, seemed annoyed to even greet me, couldn't answer a simple question (I asked where the breakfast was, the staff member said there was no breakfast when there actually was). One woman was somewhat helpful, but the young man checking me in made the whole experience much more challenging than necessary, he asked for my card and then as I was trying to hand it to him he turned his back to me to talk to the girls. Maybe Lynn should consider not coming to work high next time.
