Third time I have stayed here - always very good. Good rooms with self catering option - on a level with a good premier inn. The included breakfast makes it good value considering it’s an extra at most hotels these days. Good location in central Middlesbrough, handy for the train station and Riverside stadium etc.

I loved the room every thing we needed, if we stayed longer we would of made more of the kitchen. At least if we stayed again we know what to take, it was a mini apartment with a well equipped kitchen .It has good staff and parking on site lovely breakfast.

Very clean rooms and well furnished. Excellent shower and fresh towels. Breakfast is good but haven't tried the evening meals as we like to cook in the room. Staff are very welcoming and I can't fault the place. Only gripe is the £5 a night for parking!

Parking you have to pay extra for. A king room with sofa bed will mean you get the quieter top floor. Great for business travel. Can make own meals or grab a beer and something to eat downstairs.

The room was clean and tidy. But I feel fee parking is really reasonable.

Lovely room. Very modern and clean. Perfect location next to station. Only negative was the heat in the room. A fan was provided which helped a little but it was still very warm in the room. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Would stay here again, just maybe not in a heatwave!
