Our shower and sink drained very slowly. The shower was fixed after two days but the sink was never fixed. There was a leak outside our room that was looked at at least three times but not fixed until the day we left. We put towels down to collect the water.

Bom hotel e boa localização

Ótima localização, próximo ao Shopping Vitória, a Praça do Papa (passeio de balsa) e a ponte que liga Vitória a Vila Velha. Ficamos num quarto com camas confortáveis no 11º andar. O ar condicionado era antigo e não tinha regulagem, então era ligado ou desligado. Ótimo café da manhã com boas opções para todos os gostos. O estacionamento é pago por diária (18,90). A piscina é fria, não é aquecida, então não deu pra usar.

O hotel é ok, porém o quarto estava extremamente velho, com móveis quebrados, e aparentando estar velho. Alguns móveis estavam estourados, a TV era pequena e para conseguir enxergar eu tinha que deitar nos pés da cama. Tudo no hotel extremamente caro, para referências duas cervejas da Heineken long neck 40 reais! Um ponto positivo é o café da manhã, muito gostoso a tapioca e as omeletes, porém com muita fila todos os dias (levavam uns 15-20 minutos para conseguir chegar ao balcão.

Boa opção para quem vai a lazer

Cheguei antes do check in e já a havia solicitado um early, a ser pago no Hotel, mas foi recusado. Chegando lá, comentei sobre isso e eles me deram como cortesia. Achei muito bacana da parte deles. Meu quarto era ótimo, com vista para o convento, Porto e ilha do frade. O housekeeping muito melhor que a unidade Brasília, que estive antes de chegar em Vitória. Mas ainda assim não houve reposição dos amenities básicos (touca, algodão, cotonete). O café da manhã era mediano, não havia bacon para os ovos e os funcionários sempre começavam a retirar todos os itens antes da finalização do horário, achei esse um ponto negativo. Está bem conservado, mas com alguns pontos de manutenção a serem melhorados. É um Bom custo x benefício para quem vai a lazer (meu caso) ou negócios.
