They keep sending me outstanding bills, when I actually overpaid for the bar bill. Initially even presenting me with a full bill including the room that was paid via hotels.com! Either they don't know how it works or something else is going on. The staff was actually nice while staying but I don’t understand what else the want to charge me for.
