Cannot fault the accommodation it was exactly as described. The manager was VERY friendly and helpful and as a bonus breakfast was included. The one thing to mention is the oddity of having a kettle in ther room but nothing to go with it! No cups, tea or coffee. Just a kettle. Personaly i would take the kettles out and not bother.

Breakfast was poor. It states a continental breakfast but there was only a choice of toast or cereal. There also wasn’t anyone around at breakfast time so nothing was topped up after the early birds, and dining room was littered with used cups and plates. We ended up eating breakfast out every day. We also purchased a kettle so we could have a coffee in the room, but we couldn’t store any cold drinks as there wasn’t a fridge. They do not clean the rooms unless you ask and pay extra for the service. If you require more toilet paper you have to go to reception and ask for it. The bedding consisted of just a top and bottom sheet and a pillow. The staff do not speak English so it was hard to communicate with them. It took three days to get a working remote for the tv only to find it was only showing Spanish programs, so unless you speak Spanish or have a laptop its not worth turning it on.

When I booked this hotel, I expected to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially when it came to resting and sleeping. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the room assigned to me was on the sixth floor, just below the roof, without air conditioning during exceptionally hot weather. I immediately informed the reception staff about the issue with the air conditioner. They assured me they had contacted the responsible company and promised the problem would be resolved as soon as possible—a promise they reportedly had been making for four years. Despite these assurances, no one ever came to fix the malfunction. The heat in the room was unbearable, especially since it was right under the roof. I struggled to sleep due to both the high temperatures and excessive sweating. Eventually, I requested another room because I couldn't tolerate staying there any longer. The reception staff refused, claiming their manager had decided against providing any alternative arrangements. Desperate for a solution, I reached out to a friend who speaks Spanish to communicate with them directly. After repeated attempts, I was finally given a smaller room on the ground floor. It was clear that this second room did not match the price or quality of the original one I had booked. Nonetheless, it did have a functional air conditioner, and at that point, my primary concern was finding relief from the heat. Despite settling into this new room, the entire experience was unpleasan

Mal, Se suspendió el concierto al que íbamos y no hubo manera de contactar con el hotel para buscar alguna solucion a la reserva. No podíamos cancelarla, pero tampoco hemos tenido opción de cambiarla. Muy descontentos esta vez.

No se lo aconsejo a nadie.

Estaba limpio al entrar, pero no hay servicio de limpieza. Nosotros estuvimos 5 dias solicitar el servicio de limpieza costaba 50 euros. Si quieres cambiar las toallas cada dos días debes bajar tu a buscarlas, y casi nunca está el encargado a la vista, asi que tienes que esperar o buscarle. El desayuno pobre. la habitación de 5 metros cuadrados tenia una cama de 2 metros por 1,60 m. Apenas había espacio para moverse. había un miniarmario, pero ni una percha afuera para dejar la ropa cuando te desnudas. Tambien vale 50 euros dejar el equipaje en custodia. Las empresas que gestionais ésto deberíais verificar el lugar antes de ofrecerlo.

Experiencia regular

Habitación limpia, cama incómoda, informamos de una bolsa con materia fecal que dejo el huésped de alado (405) en el corredor y ahí quedó durante 48hs, hasta la hora de irnos seguía en el corredor, le informamos a la recepcionista tres veces en diferentes momentos y no se retiro nunca el cubo con bolsa con muy mal olor insoportable. Desayuno, bajamos a las 9 y no había nada, otro huésped le solicito reposición a la recepcionista y le contestó que no había. Nos quedamos sin desayunar.

Estimados/as señores/as, Me dirijo a ustedes para expresar nuestra profunda insatisfacción con la experiencia vivida durante nuestra estancia en su establecimiento, la cual resultó realmente inaceptable. Al llegar al hotel alrededor de las 21h, el proceso de check-in ya comenzó de manera caótica: tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo debido a que otro cliente estaba reclamando problemas con su llave, mientras el personal de recepción únicamente daba evasivas. Cuando finalmente nos asignaron la habitación 506, la sorpresa fue mayúscula al descubrir que dicha habitación ya estaba ocupada por otros huéspedes. La situación fue extremadamente incómoda, ya que incluso llegamos a forcejear con la puerta creyendo que era nuestra, hasta que los ocupantes nos encontraron intentando entrar. Al bajar nuevamente a recepción, nos vimos obligados a esperar otros 20 minutos porque el recepcionista no estaba presente. Una vez regresó, simplemente nos indicó que el hotel estaba lleno y que nuestra reserva había sido trasladada a otro hostal, algo de lo que jamás fuimos informados previamente. Cansados y con todo nuestro equipaje, tuvimos que caminar hasta ese hostal. Al llegar, la experiencia fue aún peor: • La recepción estaba desatendida. • Las zonas comunes estaban llenas de basura y desprendían un olor desagradable, impropio de un lugar donde además se sirven los desayunos. • Al llegar a la habitación asignada (402), esta también estaba ocupada por otros huéspedes.

Todo estaba bien. Amplia habitación con balcón, TV y aire acondicionado. Había jabón en la ducha y pastilla pequeña para el lavabo. Desayuno incluido, con buen café de máquina, tostadas, madalenas..... Lo que no me ha gustado es que la segunda noche cuando me levanté al WC había una gotera, sí, caía agua por el techo.... Llamé al teléfono de la página, se lo expliqué y dice que es poca agua, al salir también se lo expliqué en recepción. Aviso que es en la 301.

In 8 giorni di soggiorno sono passati a cambiare le lenzuola e gli asciugamani una sola volta. C'era la doccia rotta e la stanza piccola che si faceva fatica a passare attorno al letto. Materassi sfondati. Colazione misera e qualità scarsa.
