Honestly, it was one of the best experiences at a hotel that I've had. The people were very friendly and helpful , the view from the 5th floor was amazing, and the hotel room was the nicest that I have ever been in. I would highly recommend it and I will definitely return.

Everything was just wonderful, staff , room etc . Our only complaint was both rooms we booked didn’t have any soap in the showers . Would definitely stay again and tell our friends and family to stay at this location .

The location was great for walking to a variety of restaurants and sight seeing. Parking was limited to street or a reduced rate of $10/day at a building across the street.

This was an overall excellent place to stay. Location was within walking distance of quite a few sites, but unfortunately the downtown location also means that there is no on-site parking, requiring an extra bill for the parking ramps (they do contract with one for a better price but it is a couple blocks walk).

Beautiful and spacious room with a great view of the harbor! We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Lakeview suite. It was well equipped with a kitchen and living room area, beautifully decorated and very cost effective for the area. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Duluth!

Beautiful room and view. The price was reasonable for everything you get. As a couple people have stated there were a couple housekeeping issues but staff took care of them right away and super helpful with any questions. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel and rooms were very cute! We did enjoy our stay. My reason for the 4 star is the room wasn’t extremely clean and had dirt on the floor when you walked on it, the bathroom looked like it was a quick wipe down from previous stay and there were wine spots left on the end table that was never wiped down. Just needs better cleaning. We would stay there again if we see the reviews stop commenting on the cleanliness. The front desk staff were nice, however, no knowledge of the Duluth area when we asked simple questions like ke where to eat and where an EV charger was and it was right down the street.

The rooms were very spacious and clean! Staff was also very responsive when we needed extra linens or towels. Location is great- within walking distance to Canal Park and downtown. The only hiccup is no on-site parking, but the lots nearby aren’t far or very expensive. Overall very good value!

We had the best time in this new hotel. Our room was more like an appartement, 12 windows facing the lake, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a very comfy sofa bed. Our teens were able to have their own space and so did my husband and I. We will definitely stay there again when we come to Duluth. The place was really clean, quiet and 10 minutes walk downtown. Perfect!!!

Kitchen and set up was perfect, all items included (dishes, soap, dishwasher and pods, paper towel) room was clean with a beautiful view. Bathrooms very clean, loved the Aveda products in the shower. Didn’t use the oven but very nice option. Very happy during this stay.
