We had a great experience overall and appreciated the welcome fruits and egg tarts. However, we encountered some service issues.
First of all, we asked about a reservation at Tin Lung Heen, but we never received a follow-up despite being told we would get a call back.
Another issue was the luggage storage after checkout. We left our luggage with the staff, who told us to pick it up on the 9th floor. However, it wasn’t ready, and we had to wait over 15 minutes for it to be brought down from the 103rd floor. No staff explained the delay, while three others were either chatting or assisting other guests. I ended up having to find another staff member myself to ask about the situation, and she was the only one who apologized.
We hope to see improvements in service and staff communication.
