Location was convenient.
Staff was helpful & polite.
Best part was buffet breakfast.
However property deserves a thorough look after.
Needs maintenance of basic amenities.
Poorly lit & untidy restaurant with leaking wash basins.
In the room, Broken and falling taps, leaking bucket, etc. among others.
Smelly washroom was a big turnoff.
Should provide clean bedsheets instead of duvet as it is washed rarely.
We also got Check-in very late at around 2.45pm, which was a big inconvenience.
Suggest Treebo to quickly look into this to protect brand image.
