I had a very disappointing stay at Morada Living. I did not receive the check-in instructions or the entry code in advance. I had to WhatsApp someone to gain access, and the whole process was not smooth or straightforward. The flat itself was extremely dirty. There was hair everywhere, behind the door, on the toilet, and in the shower. The sheets and towels were dirty, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, there was no soap available, despite this being specified in the Expedia listing. There was also only one roll of toilet paper provided, and no extra could be found anywhere in the flat. Overall, the lack of communication and the poor level of cleanliness made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are properly addressed.

La habitación estaba limpia y es tal cual las fotos, el personal es bastante amable, nosotros llegamos en auto así que el hecho de que tengan estacionamiento privado, techado y con seguridad sin costo extra se agradece demasiado, el rooftop es bastante lindo y comdo y la comida y bebidas que ofrecen tienen buen sabor y a un muy buen precio, en general todo estuvo bien y volvería en la próxima ocasión.

Las habitaciones están en excelentes condiciones. Recomiendo asegurar durante el ckeck in que las habitaciones asignadas sean realmente las que se reservaron con anterioridad. Yo reservé dos habitaciones con sofá cama y solamente una contaba con las características y no hubo voluntad por parte del encargo en solucionar la situación. Las instalaciones están en excelentes condiciones. Una lástima del servicio al cliente y falta de información clara durante el check in.

Diseño moderno y excelente ubicación en la Colonia Moderna, muy cerca de la Colonia Americana y el Centro. El edificio es nuevo, seguro (vigilancia 24/7) y el departamento es amplio y cómodo para trabajar o descansar. Sin embargo, la experiencia se siente incompleta por la falta de amenidades básicas: no hay jabón, shampoo, cafetera, plancha ni secadora, lo cual obliga al huésped a ir preparado. Además, las cortinas no bloquean del todo la luz. Es un lugar estético y céntrico, pero le falta ese toque de hospitalidad esencial.
