Excelente hotel. Cerca de todos los restaurantes y bares. De muy fácil acceso. Y la habitación muy bonita. Me impresiono lo hermética que es, no se escucha nada del ruido de afuera, así que puedes dormir tranquilo si quieres. ¡La regadera que da a la piscina, es deliciosa!

The cabins were ok very small it was just me so it worked but if it’s more than 1 person good luck. The location is right off the road so the noise level was loud! It was cool to say I stayed at the cabins but overall I wouldn’t book this place again. The bugs were intense so bring bug repellent. Parking was tight they have limited spaces if you leave out most likely your space will be taken. I had to drive into El Tunco to park overnight as there were no spaces left for me to park at night. They should have parking spaces for each cabin.

I would compare it to a hostel, but individual rooms. It was pretty good. Parking readily available. If you’re looking for the accommodations of a hotel this isn’t it. Extremely walkable to all parks of El tunco.

The Cabins has potential and is a great idea but unfortunately it wasn’t executed well. The drains in our room smelt really bad and there was a problem with the water. The shower was cold and the bathroom could have been cleaner. There were also ants everywhere in the room, including on the bed. However, the location was good and really close to town although can be a bit noisy at night from the road but this didn’t bother us.

I stayed 4 nights at the Cabins. I’ve stayed at quite a few budget hotels in Central America so I feel like I have a good understanding of the standard. There wasn’t a cleaning service any of the days. In El Salvador you can’t flush, and so toilet paper goes in the trash can. The trash can did not have a lid. The shower floor was somewhat at a tilt so didn’t drain and stayed stagnate over several days. Towels weren’t replaced, which is necessary since lots of sand and sweating. The walls were stained. There wasn’t clear communication during my check in and apparently not someone else’s because I had someone knocking on my door and trying the code to get it at 10 PM one night. As a single solo traveler especially, that can be a little jarring. The pool was dirty, needs repairs. Does not look like it does in photos. No one swam in it or really even got in. :/

Rooms and place in a nice condition good ambiance but you can find no one to help you after 9 pm or before 10 am I was trying to check out earlier than 11 and there was no staff in site even though I called and called and text to let them know I was leaving earlier and left the room keys in the table as no one was there I just good a simple answer after 12:00 pm

The room was comfortable and friendly staff, the pool was no well maintained and it was a bit noisy - other guest had music way to loud until late at night outside their rooms. Overall the experience was decent.
