Room was clean and the beds quite comfortable. The heat/AC worked nicely. Well maintained property. Ample parking even if you have a trailer. Place is located on the western outskirts of town so it's a hefty, but pleasant walk to the quaint downtown. If you want a hot breakfast, you will need to plan dining elsewhere. Their continental breakfast is quite minimal... it will prevent total starvation. Check in staff was friendly. Two story motel, split level entry with no elevator.

Forsyth, MT is a small town a few hours east of Billings. I think this is the best hotel in town and it was pretty good. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Very good for the price.

Th room was cleanish and that’s the positive. The towel rack was falling off the wall. We were given pool towels instead of regular towels. The lights for the bathroom/toilet area were strange and not easy to access. The hair dryer and ice machine did not work and driving up to it felt like I was driving to a very shady place. Very overpriced for the condition and quality of property.

This hotel is a newly remodeled old building. a fair job was done, but could have made it much better for not much cost. The lighting over the bathroom sink is terrible. It's one of the new type of mirrors with a built in light. If only they had added an overhead light in the small area it would have been great. As it is, it is far too dingy and makes it hard to see what you are doing if applying makeup. The woman who was supposed to be at the front desk and manning the breakfast area sat outside talking on her phone the whole time we were trying to navigate breakfast. There were very minimal choices, and most of that was empty. No coffee, just an empty pot, and an employee who didn't much care about her responsibilities.

New and Updated everything! Very clean. The nicest staff that even helped us bring in our luggage from the car! It was not the easiest to get to and there is no food delivery (you have to go pick it up yourself), but overall a good stay! We have reservations for another night on our way back from a trip.

Friendly and convenient

A friend and I visited the area to plan for an upcoming rock club outing. We definitely plan to return to the Surestay. Lisa at the front desk went above and beyond to welcome guests. She was friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was quiet, not right alongside the Interstate, but very easy to find. Everything was very clean and modern. The breakfast area is small, so be aware.
