The Cape Cod Motor Inn is a quaint well kept stay central to everything on the Cape. From arrival with a handwritten welcome note with a sweet treat from Greg the owner to the gorgeous flowers everywhere it was a pleasure to stay. We made sure to tell everyone we met about it and definitely plan to stay again on our next trip to the Cape!

Attention to detail on every level. The property is meticulously landscaped, the rooms are beautifully decorated, the grounds and rooms are sparkling clean, updated, amazingly well kept. The bed and bedding are rich and cozy. The innkeeper walked me to my room, showed me around, and left a box of chocolates! This will undoubtedly be my stay when I visit the Cape. Conveniently located, well lit, safe, parking right in front of your room. Excellent :)

We were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the property is - both the room and outdoor area. Lot of thoughtfulness and effort went behind decor of the room as well as the flower garden outside. The complementary pastry and coffee was of very good quality as well. Spoke with the property manager - he is truly wonderful .. there is even things like cornhole game set which my son and I had lot of fun with. It is also super close to pizzaria, putting golf, and other rec activities … very conveniently located for easy drive to national sea shore salt pond visitor center. My family absolutely loved the stay, and this is one of the big highlight of our Boston / cape cod experience on Labor Day weekend trip … yes, everything there feels new and tastefully done … we even got a small souvenirs to take home, very nice gesture… I will highly recommend anyone, specially family with kids

Mid Cape stay

Greg was a wonderful host. He did a great job in renovating the property. Very detailed oriented. A 5 min drive to the beach, restaurants, etc. Cape Cod Art Museum in Yarmouth was great. Only thing was that pool was not open because of repairs but overall it was a great stay. Thanks Greg for a terrific Cape stay.

Excellent service, charming room, easy location

After extensive research for a decent place to stay with a good location, we found this gem which is locate in the center of Cape cod. First of all, the service and personal touch is unmatched. Greg, the owner is extremely helpful and accommodating (all the reviews are true) We felt very well taken care of during our entire stay. Secondly, the property is very charming and cute. Not your modern and typical hotel, it has characters. We stayed in the queen with a twin bed room. It has everything you need. The only thing I wish it had more of is hooks and maybe more shelf space in the bathroom. There is house keeping service on demand, coffee and muffins in the morning and a pool. The vibe is quiet and peaceful. All in all, I can’t recommend this place enough. We have definitely enjoyed our stay there as a family.

Loved the fresh coffee and pastries in the morning. I wish I had more time to sit at the darling bistro tables and chairs outside my room. The only thing I wished for was more towel rods in the bathroom to hang up towels to dry. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone headed to the Cape!

Charming inn with beautiful rooms

Charming inn that feels like a little village with plants and outdoor seating. Our renovated room was beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed and soft, oversized towels. Gregory, the owner, was so welcoming—he personally showed us to our room and left a handwritten note with chocolates. Good continental breakfast. Highly recommend!

All positives: Very clean, nicely designed rooms, recent renovation, super friendly owner operator, great hvac, plenty of shaded parking. This was wonderfully realized ideal version of the American classic motel experience. Far superior to standard chain motels and not too much in love with itself like so many boutique motels.
