The room was smaller than it appeared on the pictures, but the decor was nice and the apartment was clean with lots of amenities. The staff were helpful and the location was great.

Quero recomendar a todos os viajantes que desejam ter uma experiência incrível em Madri. Local maravilhoso!!! Fica ao lado da Plaza Mayor 2 minutos da Puerta do Sol Ao redor dos melhores restaurantes, barzinho e lojas como Leftes etc Obrigado pelo carinho e atenção da proprietária e dos funcionários. La habitación tal como se ve en las fotos, incluso más cómoda, los servicios ofrecidos bien, limpio y muy fácil ingresar a 4 min de Puerta del Sol, céntrico, con todo al lado, restaurantes, súper mercados, tiendas, San Ginés, pastelitos de Belem, lo único es que en verano es imposible dormir sin aire acondicionado, hay ventiladores, pero el aire sale caliente, es algo que se debe tomar en cuanta.

Simplesmente incrível! Fiquei até surpreso pois é mais bonito o apartamento pessoalmente. No coração de Madrid, à 2 minutos da estação Sol de metrô, muito tranquilo e suave. Cozinha muito boa e banheiro também, agua quente não é problema, funcionou perfeitamente! Voltarei com certeza a ficar nesse apartamento.

Habitación limpia, muy bien todos los servicios, incluso la cocina muy util y la atencion muy amable y servicial con un contratiempo que tuve, lo recomiendo, ademas la inmejorable a unos 200 mts de puerta del sol y a 100 mts de plaza mayor

Excellent location, clean room & friendly staff. Just be wary if are sensitive to noise as my sleep got disturbed by other guests in the early hours of the morning. Obviously not the hotels fault but worth mentioning. Keys seem to be a bit difficult sometimes. Host & staff were responsive via messaging and phone calls, check-in was fairly quick. Overall would recommend but just be aware of the shared areas

Don't stay here. The "hotel" is just someone's apartment divided up into rooms with 1970s Soviet Russia vibes. The attendant opens our door at 10am (no knocking, just burst in) to remind us check out is at 11am. Crazy invasion of privacy.

Existem duas portas para acessar a propriedade. A segunda porta tem um sério problema, ela não abre. Por vários dias, ficamos cerca de 30minutos a 1 hora tentando abrir a porta para acessar o quarto. Não havia nenhum suporte da anfitriã. E tínhamos que contar com a sorte para conseguir abri-la. No último dia, ficamos cerca de 2horas e meia tentando abrir a porta, de madrugada pois saímos à noite, e não tivemos nenhuma ajuda ou respaldo. Mandamos mensagem para a anfitriã também nos outros dias e ela sequer nos respondeu. A experiência de sair e não saber se vai conseguir entrar na acomodação, ou quanto tempo vamos ficar para abrir essa porta fez com que muitas vezes não aproveitássemos tanto Madrid. A anfitriã não nos respondeu. Pessimo atendimento aos hóspedes. Nada resolutiva no problema que tivemos. Não recomendo

Clean overall, only thing to note. Late check-in fee after 11pm Madrid time is 40 euros. Also, their check-in process requires them to be there present, not a self-check in process. Was being rushed from the airport to get to the hotel, they kept calling me and messaging me asking about what time I will get there. I felt rushed, had to get a taxi over taking the train into Madrid which would’ve been cheaper. They also said “can you get here quicker” through the phone, so made the entire process just more inconvenient. For the price and location, it was good. Would I recommend? Yeah if you’re not checking in late or prefer not to have to be at the location by a certain time.

Localização ótima, acomodações boas, faltou resposta do anfitrião, por 2 x perguntei se poderia deixar as malas 30 min antes check in nao deu resposta e tb nao deu informações de como acessaria propriedade. Tive custo de 1 ligação internacional.
