Check in very bad experience.
The hotel had a problem, two days earlier with electricity and still had no plan in place.
They claimed they couldnโt call me because I was a hotels.com or Expedia member. But itโs not true. They called other third-party vendors.

Excellent place to stay!
In Cleveland for a medical procedure at Cleveland Clinic. This hotel could not have made our stay better! From the comfortable rooms to complementary shuttle service back-and-forth between the hotel and clinic, the Tudor Arms is a five out of five for me!

Nice place!
A beautiful place to stay and a great price. They did call and let us know that a drunk driver took out some electrical that affected the air and we could opt out of staying with a full refund. We had no choice as we had surgery at Cleveland Clinic the next morning. It was a little more than warm in the room but they did supply a fan! There were a couple of light bulbs out but nothing serious. The room was very nice, although the shower did let enough water into the room to require a towel to dry it.

Crappy service
I wasnโt able to stay due to AC going out. No one was at the front when we arrived at 7 on Thirsday July 31. When that person did show up he was rude and unhelpful. Needed to go stay somewhere else

Not a great experience
Room was dirty. Bathroom door had a thick layer of dust, rubber band in the shower along with soap scum and mold.

Great food, great service up until check out!
Great hotel, excellent restaurant staffing with high quantity food with fast service. Check out staff was asked a question concerning the breakfast being included with our stay, as advertised but was charged and when staff at front desk, he was rude and asked our status of loyalty club and then just stayed , "what ever" . I went to the admin office and told them as well as gave them my number to call for the response but no call...

My visit to Cleveland
The check-in and check-out process was straightforward. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and water available in the lobby. However, the room was quite spacious, but the bed rail and headboard were worn and scratched extensively. Additionally, I found long hair on the chair, which was unacceptable.

Do Not Stay Here
This property does not meet the Hilton standards. The towels werenโt properly cleaned the maid service was awful. The air conditioning in the common area and several of the guest rooms didnโt work properly. To top it all off the fire alarm in my room went off at 3 am. When I called the front desk to inform them of the alarm they informed me it wasnโt properly working and to not worry about it. So the buildingโs fire life safety system isnโt up to code.
