Art lovers can browse coastal-themed galleries while history buffs discover Victorian treasures. Fresh Gulf seafood dominates local menus where fishing boats still deliver the daily catch. Palm Harbor

Getting around requires a car, but the peaceful residential streets make for lovely evening strolls along the waterfront.

Harbor Oaks
Harbor Oaks in Rockport offers a peaceful coastal escape where tree-lined streets lead to stunning Aransas Bay views. Take leisurely walks along waterfront paths, watch boats drift by, or cast a line from nearby Fulton Fishing Pier. While dining options are limited within Harbor Oaks itself, Rockport's restaurants are just a short drive away. A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring attractions like Fulton Mansion and Rockport Beach Park.

Bahia Bay
Bahia Bay offers a peaceful escape right on Aransas Bay's shoreline, perfect for travelers who crave waterfront relaxation. Private docks and boat launches invite you to fish, kayak, or simply watch pelicans dive at dawn. Walking paths hug the coastline, serving up stunning Gulf views that turn magical at sunset. The neighborhood's elevated coastal homes create a serene retreat from busier tourist spots. You'll need to drive 5-10 minutes to downtown Rockport for seafood dinners and coastal shopping. Accommodations range from cozy cottages to luxury waterfront estates with full kitchens and bay views. While there's little nightlife within the neighborhood, the gentle sound of water lapping against the docks creates the perfect soundtrack for unwinding.

Laguna Reef 2 by Miss Kitty’s
"Stayed six days with my partner and pups. This stay was as advertised, and the view was amazing. You could literally watch the sunrise from the balcony without leaving the condo. Nothing was far away unless you wanted to do a deep adventure. Food places, department stores, shopping areas, souvenir shops, historical marks, beach(es), and more are all within 2 miles of the stay. I will go again and strongly recommend it, specifically for those with pets, as it is hard to find places that accommodates that type of stay."
