Sadly, our stay at The Starling Cloud left us disappointed. When checking in, we found the breakfast pricing didnโt match what was shown during online check-in, even though Iโd called ahead and was assured it would be the same.
After arrival, only three beds were made up despite the booking clearly being for two adults and two children, so I had to return to reception to get the final bed sorted. On top of that, the TV remote didnโt work, which was frustrating after a long day.
Overall, it felt like a series of small issues that added up to a poor experience.
