Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Arrowood
"Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was abundant and clean, plenty of tables for all the people there that weekend. Bed was comfortable and I love that they don't have those big noisy air conditioner units in the room. The only negative was my bathroom had some kind of soap gel residue in the soap dish and hair in the sink when I arrived, so not 100% clean, but I've dealt with worse. Would definitely stay again."

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Charlotte
- Book for the cheapest times: Visiting Charlotte on a budget offers great value for money, especially during January, August, and December when hotel prices may drop to lower prices. For a well-rounded exploration of the city's landmarks, history, and cultural scene—including attractions like sports, theater, live music, entertainment, football, basketball, urban settings, universities, skyscrapers, and business districts—a stay of at least 2 to 3 days is ideal.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: For your trip to Charlotte, you may discover hotel deals by exploring the DealsOpens in a new window section on Hotels.com. If you're planning a last-minute getaway, you're more likely to see attractive options by checking the Last-Minute Deals area, where discounted rates on Charlotte hotels could be available. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, so you can easily stay informed about any changes in availability or price drops. You can also enable email alerts or push notifications to ensure you never miss a potential savings opportunity.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices may vary based on factors like the hotel's location, star rating, and season, so being flexible with your travel days could help you save on your Charlotte hotel stay. For those seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels may offer a more personalized atmosphere and sometimes better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we'll inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average, and if it's on the higher side, we may suggest more affordable dates to help you find a better deal.
- Consider your location: Hotels near the city center usually tend to be more expensive. However, thanks to Charlotte’s excellent public transportation links, you might come across a more affordable independent hotel in the outskirts that’s still well connected. For those interested in exploring alternative, less crowded neighborhoods or even lesser-known nearby cities, there is often excellent value for money. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
