The 4 nights we were there no one came to clean room or provide us with essentials like toilet and tissue paper.

The hotel management needs to train its staff at the reception of the true value of guests. It took them hours to know I have a reservation because none of them speak English.i arrive at the hotel around 9 am but check me after 4pm because my booking says 4pm and still insist on that time with availability in the hotel.

Location reasonably accessible to the Haram (10 min walk), but that’s where things end. Service is non-existent. Room did not have towels. No phone service. Over priced for what they offered. Pay a bit more and get a better place.
