The room was untidy on arrival, and the property was still under construction, which wasn’t disclosed. No Kitchen not to talk of personal chef! Power went off for over 15 minutes while my partner was in the shower, and the water stopped running. I had to run to reception to get it sorted.
The night before we left, we returned around 11pm and waited almost 30 minutes at the gate because the security guard was asleep. I was outside being bitten by mosquitoes until another guard, who had just finished showering, came out and opened the gate. It was embarrassing.
I reported all these issues but received no compensation. The toilet seat was shaky throughout my stay and was never fixed. The construction noise made it hard to sleep, even for my three year old. The cleaners tried their best, but the room clearly needs repainting.
