Disgusting
Worst hotel ever. Location is 1 block from St Pauls hospital which is the worst part of Saskatoon. Room was dirty. Supposed white pillows and bedding were grey. Checked for signs of bedbugs, matress was disgusting. We checked in, looked around and walked right out of the hotel. All hotel guests we ran into we either drunk or something else. Asked front desk, "are we going to be safe here?" His reply was, you might be, dont go outside.

Very dirty hotel. Bedsheets and towels both were dirty with stains all over. Bathtub looked like it had vomit or feces smeared on it. Would not recommend staying here

The absolute worst Super 8 or Wyndham brand hotel i have ever stayed out. Keep driving and look somewhere else. You're welcome. Room not cleaned, bathroom look like it was in a frat house, nothing worked (lights, TV, remote). I would have rather spent the money on gas and slept in my vehicle at a rest area.

I walked into the Super 8 at 9pm to check in and they told me the room wasn’t ready yet? Check in time is 3pm? 10 minutes later he told me I could have the Handicap room as an upgrade with a king size bed, which was cool, but as soon as I walked into the room there were no lights, no, tv, and the fridge was warm because it wasn’t on. They managed to get the power back on, okay, but then when the maintenance guy left I tried to turn down the volume on the tv and it didn’t work? I tried everything, so to bring the volume down I had to put towels under the speakers to bring the volume down. To make things worse when I went into the washroom there was a cockroach by the toilet and I had to kill it, then when I walked back into the room there was another one crawling up the wall? This is brutal, I just drive 9 hours to get here and now I’m afraid to sleep in the place, if you don’t do anything about this I will, pictures taken , I can’t wait to leave

Large specimen at the front desk didn’t even let me to my room cause of a credit card issue, wanted to use my mothers credit card and even offered to get her on the line to share info and told me it was out of his hands, went to thriftlodge and did the same thing but with no issue. I am out about 300 bucks and never even got to stay in my room I had prepaid for. Terrible service, will be recommending people not to stay here!

Shady area of the city. Had to wait for front desk clerk to come out. Had to fill out my information online. Was told no smoking in rooms. Stained sheets and towels, dirty toilet, hole in bathroom wall.

I didn't get the room I booked in through hotels.com so they gave me another room with one bed so that didn't work. They charged me again for this roomso now I have paid for 2 rooms and was not able to stay there. It was very dirty.(stains on bed, unclean toilet, unmade bed, chair in middle of room, thermostat ripped off wall, phone hanging off of night table, shampoos were have used) I was Spoke to rudely from the moment I walked in. Everything was broken (elevator didn't go down from my room, on Main floor the button was smashed out, my room card never worked and they never gave me another one so he had to let me into my room) I told him I was charged twice for a room I'm not even staying in and he said not his problem, no refund! The area was unsafe with loiterers yelling at me going In.

Staff is not accommodating. Asked for room maintenance and they said, every 3 days, that was after the 3rd day. So after 3 days we check out without any room maintenance. 1 person to do rooms. She’s also front desk person. On another day she does rooms by herself from 6:00am until 4:00pm and did not do our room. We left our refuse in the hall and they yelled at us. We explained that there has been no room maintenance. We also ran out of toilet tissue and informed them and they did not replenish. We bought our own and our own tissue as we used it for TP. Upon check out they would not release damage deposit as we left soiled towels in hall due to no room maintenance. I asked to go back up stairs with them and show me where there is damage, she says because there is garbage in room and the towels were left in the hall do they are not refunding my 200.00. This place is run by a skeleton crew and needs more staffing. It is not in the best area of town, but I had put up there while my renovations were being completed.
