Did not liked it at all.. 1.Property not giving me shuttle services. After advised that its included.. they provide me one. 2. Hotel do not have heating system. I booked this hotel solely to rest, and because the booking clearly showed that airport transfer was included. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. There was no air conditioning in the room, and despite asking the staff twice to turn it on, no one did. The room also had no window, which made it extremely humid and uncomfortable. Because of this, I was unable to get proper sleep. On arrival, I was charged extra for the transfer, even though it was shown as included at the time of booking, which was very frustrating and misleading. Additionally, there was a tray full of waste food left outside my room door when I checked in, and it was still there the next day. This gave a very poor first impression and raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, this stay did not meet basic comfort or service expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel, especially to anyone booking for rest or transit.
