Solid modest option
It’s a little time-worn and modest, but kept well and with a helpful staff. Comedy club in the basement was fun!

Great bang fir your buck!
This was my second stay at The Baron this year. Great location and unique property. I'll stay there again if i return to DC!

The air condición spell something no good for the respiration. Don’t have maintenance
Gerardo, 4-night trip

Terrific staff and great location. I really enjoyed my stay at the Baron Hotel.
Patrick, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

It was brief, but pleasant. I don't think the hotel was well lit at night. Otherwise my stay was fine.
Donna, 1-night trip

Excellent for the price. Bathroom was clean and neat. The house is oldish which kind of brings a decadent charm. Bring warm sleeping clothes. Fantastic for stand up commedy adepts. The neughbourhood is also good. Shops nearby and close to Georgetown.
Kasperi, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great value for money for a family visiting DC
Brett, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

This is a quirky unique older hotel above a nightclub with an elevator that is older than I am but well maintained. Right out of Casa Blanca or something. Our room was small and clean with a big bathroom and full tub/shower. Good location near DuPont Circle and Embassy row. Would definitely stay here again.

a great location
Ampol, 3-night trip

Hotel was ok. Elevator needs some work. And parking was kind of hard to find.
Lily, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Nice hotel for a good price
Christopher, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Old, dirty or place, squeaky stairs, tiny rooms. Only good thing is location in the heart of embassy rows.
Ibrahim, 1-night trip

Michele, 2-night trip

Location is excellent.
Michelle, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

A budget hotel in a reasonably convenient location. The floor had not been vacumed and the air conditioner smelled and was very noisy!
Sarah, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

No.
A $150 deposit you don’t get back. The man was kind enough to let me stay and sort out another room but the energy was not giving anything. There was broken glass walking in the lobby.
Virginia, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

There was no restaurant, they sold drugs inside, the smells was very bad
Nati, 1-night trip

Budget hotel!
Decent location & budget hotel.
VIVEK, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Perfect traveling for one day. Long term maybe not. Older property, small rooms.
Martha, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Horrible hotel. There is a bar in the same building with the hotel, so in our room on the first floor we could hear all the noise from the bar. The room is old, the furniture in the room and the sink are scratched and shabby. There are no bathroom accessories, not even soap. Only towels. I do not recommend staying here
Mariia, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

It is an historical building and a nice one. It is not well maintained and access for older or disabled people is poor. Carpets need replacement. There no lights next to beds.
Cevdet, 5-night trip

6/10 Good

Overall, this property was a nice stay. Comfortable cozy vibes of the sort of quaint boutique variety. Rooms were cleanly & comfortable. Staff were easily accessible, friendly & assisted quickly with any needs.
