Ok, pool was the main event for us.

We booked a pet friendly room and verified ahead via email but when we arrived were told they had no pet rooms left. I had to show proof of verification and they did allow the dog. Hotel is pretty run down, beds a bit springy and rooms stuffy. The pool was great, warm and the waterslides were a hit. Restaurant was very good.

This is an older hotel, and so not always aesthetically great. It was -40 when we stayed, and the cold off the exterior wall was bad, but interior rooms have no airflow and were crazy hot and humid. No towels in the pool every single time we went we had to ask repeatedly before they brought some.plug in parking spots are minimal.

Duvet had blood stains, I told cleaning lady and she told front desk I was lying. I took pics. Also have a pic of bug that was on bed. Manager very unprofessional. Asked me not to stay there ever again. I want my money back!
