Bra läge. Enkel check in, önskar bara att jag förstått innan ankomst att den var helt obemannad. 😁 Fräscht och rymligt rum och mycket prisvärt! Trevliga små lokala barer/restauranger inom fem minuters promenad.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba para regular la temperatura y habia mucho olor a humedad, tuvimos que dormir con ventana abierta para poder pasar la noche. Una lástima porque está bien ubicado y precio-calidad estaba bien, pero no pudieron solucionar nunguno de los inconvenientes.

Bra hotell för övernattning. Det är självcheck in. Den personalen jag talade med var på telefon. Rummen är rymliga och bekväma. Som cyklist uppskattade jag att jag kunde ta med cykeln upp på rummet. Jag vågar inte ställa en fin cykel på gatan över natten.

Economical and clean. The air conditioner was awesome! However, they're was urine in the toilet when we arrived. The water in the shower was difficult to regulate, so I burned my feet and fingers. The showerhead was not working. Street parking is difficult. Location is convenient to a mini market, Carrefour Express.

We booked a non-smoking room and arrived to a room with an overwhelming odor of smoke. Pillows, sheets, the whole room. To compound this, the AC did not work, and it was nearly 100F outside. I immediately contacted the hotel and the next day they had a cleaning person attempt to freshen the room but the AC remained inoperable. It was absolutely miserable and impossible to sleep.

The location is probably 500m further than where I normally stay, but the quality of the room is far superior to others closer to the Cathedral. It is 1.1km walk to the Autobus station and took me 14 mins. If you want to go to the plaza major, it is 18minutes walk. Cathedral is 23 mins walk. Would I stay here again in preference to my last 6 x stays in Burgos.. ABSOLUTELY

Estuvimos elnaño pasado y hemos repetido por el precio ( que no es barato) este año no disponen disponen de personal de ningún tipo, ni posibilidad de desayunos, sólo una máquina de vending, te mandan las claves de la cerradura por correo tanto de la puerta del hotel como de la habitación La cisterna del baño no funcionaba y tuvieron que venir a arreglar las dos horas después eso eran las 22h ,

Queríamos um quarto diferente com varanda, e fiquei totalmente insatisfeito, pois pagamos mais caro para ter esse acesso e nem sequer fizeram uma limpesa, estava muito sujo, com muita areia e lodo, você percebia que a muito tempo não era limpo, no quarto não possuía uma vassoura para eu até tentar diminuir a sujeira, infelizmente esse foi o grande problema, pois quando iríamos na varanda ao voltar para o quarto trazia 1kg de areia, jogamos água para tentar diminuir a areia da varanda, mais não tivemos muito sucesso. De resto tudo ok 👍

Tienen una política espantosa. Nadie en recepción y llaves digitales. Si te quedas sin batería/datos en el móvil no entras en el hotel ni habitación. Pero lo peor es que pagando una estancia de varias noches, el servicio de limpieza te despierta todas las mañanas. Aún teniendo el letrero de no molestar, a las 10:15-10:30 te despiertan llamando a la puerta reiteradamente y gritándote hasta que les abres. Según ellos, lo hacen porque hay gente que se va y deja el letrero igual colgado. Pero no es excusa. Si lo cuelgo tienes que respetarlo y dejarme dormir. Pues lo hicieron todas las mañanas y por más que nos quejamos y pedimos que no lo hicieran siguieron habiéndolo. Y luego que son súper escandalosas. Andan a voces toda la mañana y los de mantenimiento aún peores. Imposible descansar.

La habitación estaba limpia, reservamos varias habitaciones para un grupo de amigos. Eran cómodas las camas y estaba muy limpio. Lo único que justo nuestra habitación el aire estaba roto y solo salía frío que la habitación estaba a 16 grados, llamamos y nos dieron una habitación para un día pero era individual y éramos dos personas y al siguiente día no había más habitaciones disponibles. Además el agua de la ducha no tragaba, así que tenías que salir rápido de la ducha porque sino se inundaba el suelo. El personal de limpieza nos dijo que ese desperfecto estaba reportado de huéspedes anteriores pero todavía no se había solucionado. La verdad que las demás habitaciones estaban bien, pero como yo he vivido eso, no volvería a ese hotel. La ubicación está algo alejado del centro (unos 20mins andando). Lo bueno es que tienes un supermercado cerca.
