Comfortable and quiet and good bed. Had everything important to me, only slight inconvenience was restaurant closed on weekends.

The location on the waterfront is amazing. We had a garden view room, but if you are able to book water view room do it!!! It is an older style motel but really clean and has all the basics. I am told Reno’s are planned and obviously the price will change. We had happy hour drinks and breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. I would return if in the area.

Very friendly check in staff. We knew it was older style motel so had that expectation, and price reflects that. If you are aware it is older and have that expectation it is what it says! That said, the room and linen etc all very clean and bed was comfortable.

The carpet had lots of recent stains on it. We needed to wash the cups as they weren’t clean. The bed was comfortable.

The only thing that’s not helpful is that they DONT ACCEPT CASH Need to have money on the card to pay for the meals and any drinks and to pay for the Property I we didn’t have a beach view there was a view of ADA Ryan Gardens

The property was useful for us as it was close to where we needed to attend. The hotel does need some attention as my sink was cracked having a shower curtain is very dated. The carpet has lost its pattern it is so worn and the same as the top of the cupboards. I also noticed that the cleaners could pick up the coffee/tea container and dust underneath. Other than that I found the bed to be comfortable and although the air conditioner was old it worked well.

Bathroom and beds where fine but under beds where dirty curtains dirty no pool or restaurant both shut and the bottles of water in fridge had already been opened Ok to stay if your passing through
