This is a great location. Staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. It’s really close to the garden of the gods and the town of Manitou Springs. Doors and walls are a little thin so if you are a light sleeper that could be an issue. But overall I’d recommend it.

From the moment I walked in it felt like home. The woman working the front desk (I wish I could remember her name) was delightful and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part was the hot water kettle in the room so I didn’t have to drink my tea with old coffee water! The hot tub was relaxing and it was just a really nice relaxing stay. Will definitely stay here again!

The staff was Amazing, helpful and welcoming. Parking was very limited, no elevator made getting luggage up to our room challenging. No continental breakfast was disappointing. The pool was under maintenance while we were there which was disappointing for my child and considering it was 4th of July weekend was a major bummer. If you’re looking For a no frills room and somewhere to crash it’s a good place.

Newer / refurbished hotel, which was nice! Hottub/ pool area was clean and had a privacy fence from the busy road. Staff was friendly however somewhat unknowledgable and unable to problem solve, such as the online portol was not working properly day of, so my add-ons didn't happen. Fairly clean, though attention to detail and throughness could be improved. Huge smudges on mirror: sugar spilled around coffee area; dining table was sticky; previous occupants items left on floor by bed, still there; .

The Outrider hotel was a great stay!! All of the staff were amazing and also helpful with any questions we had about the area. The rooms were very modern and clean. Including a nice tea pot in room and coffee in the lobby for the morning!! The sauna/cold plunge along with the hot tub were all in new condition and were very convenient after a long day. The fire pit area was relaxing as well. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a luxury and welcoming stay!!

Don’t expect the front desk to be staffed consistently or for the service to be welcoming. Double-check that your room isn’t already occupied before settling in. If you have questions or need assistance, don’t expect a friendly response—I was met with attitude instead of customer service. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly. It was obvious they enjoyed their work. Being a brand new hotel, there were still some kinks they were working out, and some of the amenities were still under construction. I totally understand this is a work in progress, and I expect it to be amazing when finished. The only downfall is that it wasn't very soundproof. We could clearly hear the activity of others in other rooms, floors, and halls. They provided a white noise machine in our room. We took advantage of it. It's a good budget-friendly stay for those sojourning into the Colorado mountains.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic and made it easy to get around. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and welcoming. The sauna, hot tub, and ice bath were absolutely wonderful and such a great way to relax. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

We rented one of the hotel's King Suites and it exceeded our expectations. The room was large with big windows and a large leather couch. It had a wonderful view of Pikes Peak and the Manitou Incline and was on the main drag, just a few blocks from all the attractions of downtown. The hot tub was large and made of cedar, and we really enjoyed it. Perhaps best of all was the staff. They were all wonderful, and we especially appreciated Servando for carying our cooler up two flights of stairs to our room.
