This newly renovated hotel captured the essence of the original structure, while providing chic accommodations. We had drinks at the bar and enjoyed talking to the bartender Michael, who told us more about local history. If you are staying in the area, this is the only place to stay.

The hotel is beautiful! We did not eat in the restaurant but the food smelled delicious. It is in a great location and the staff were wonderful. It is a new hotel so they have a few kinks to work out, but we really enjoyed our stay!

Staff very helpful and pleasant, rooms clean and very nice stocked well with items. Lack of linens for extra double bed in king suite had to go to front desk for them which was a inconvenience and parking was away from the hotel which is okay if your not an elder as a parking garage located away from hotel making it not comfortable if walking it alone at night not knowing the area . Other than that give the hotel 4 stars.

We arrived late and tired at the Wills Hotel. The front desk staff went out of their way to help us to our room and get set up for the evening. The next morning, staff were equally helpful with arranging for some extras that we requested. The room was pleasant and everything worked well. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was only opened 10 weeks prior so still ironing out the kinks i feel. Lively bar and restaurant for dinner with good food. Weak point was the breakfast which was cold help yourself items on the bar with limited choice. For the boutique style of the place this needs to be improved.

Beautiful property and conveniently located. Cumberland is clearly "up and coming" and this hotel is perfectly situated to be in a golden spot when it finishes growing. Even as-is, it was fantastically situated and wonderfully appointed. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to revisit again some day in the future.

The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the location made it easy to enjoy downtown Cumberland. A great choice for anyone looking for a distinctive, relaxing stay in the area. In the heart of downtown Cumberland. The hotel recently opened with everything renovated and it was all done well. Shopping, dining and just exploring the city is within walking distance.

Top class hotel in the heart of Cumberland. They have a dedicated room for bicycle storage for guests who are riding the C&O towpath trail or the GAP trail. Even though it is downtown they have ample free parking in a nearby parking garage. Wonderful restaurant and bar as well.

Great hotel and restaurant! Updated and renovated so it’s chic. It’s really before it’s time location-wise though. The street is cute and inviting BUT lots of empty storefronts and it seems people haven’t yet realized downtown Cumberland is trying to renew itself.
