A bellboy broke the handle of our luggage while checking at 02:30am(Nice start, aye?). We were so mad but didnโt show our anger, but a receptionist said โOh it could be broken before~ or you might break the carrier~(seriously?), so we will contact you tomorrow to deal with this problemโ.
Couldnโt believe this is a 5 star hotel, when especially your wife also works in the hotel field.
Eventually nobody gave a shit until tomorrow afternoon. So we talked about this to a manager called Mark. He said he will โINVESTIGATEโ about this and took out our carrier, however we didnโt hear sincere apology nor any result of INVESTIGATION, but our barely repaired carrier in our room.
Plus, when we dragged our tired body to our room. Sleepers seemed used ones and bed/pillow sheets werenโt properly cleaned, so we just took photos of them but didnโt make any additional complaints. But just attached these photos for potential customers so evaluate them by yourself please.
Plus, one day when my wife tried to grab a dish in the dining place for breakfast, she touched a squeezed salmon piece which attached under the bottom side of a dish. Splendid.
Also, we already experienced awful room condition right after check-in, so one day, I left a tip for the cleaning person to clean our room nicely. As a result he/she really cleaned it nicely so even took all the towels away so we even couldnโt take a shower.
Until now have been traveled 45 countries, but never felt like this insulted
