The room was nice. The staff was amazing. There was no hot tub, and the pool was not heated. Being able to walk across the street to the private beach was the main reason I will be back.

The location was great, the room (newly renovated) was impeccably clean and well appointed and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The property is in the midst of improvements but none of this hampered our stay and (for us) emphasized that the owners are working to improve the experience of their customers. Our room had a wonderful view of Lake Michigan (it looks like many of the rooms do) and it was great to actually be able to walk right across the street and experience the beauty first hand. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was remodeled and in nice condition. Terrible pillows and uncomfortable bed. The outside of the motel was in need of some TLC. We paid for a "lake view" which was an area they cleared across the highway for us to see the lake. They did have a nice "grab and go breakfast" but not really worth the money we paid.

Very clean property, very clean rooms. Freshly remodeled and the price was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful. Plus there's a great restaurant next door to get breakfast, lunch or dinner. And they purchased the property across the street. So they have their own beach right on the lake, As well, plus a sauna on the beach.
