Best times past already
It was my approx. 12th stay in the past 6 years in this hotel.Rooms needs to be refurbished, Mould in the bathroom everywhere. WIFI incredible slow. Its not an actual standard of a 4 Star hotel. Breakfast, almost all food cold (noodle, egg, vegetable) Before, this hotel was pretty good but now the quality reduced drastically. Meanwhile there are more better hotels abvailable in Taicang. And more reasonable.

Great choice that will not disappoint!
Only reason room comfort did not get five stars was because in April they don't run the air conditioning: still winter, however, everything was excellent! The English speaking Staff, including Edison, were professional courteous, and very hospitable. Location is great. Should you visit Ticang, I would highly recommend this hotel! You will not be disappointed.

上海市、蘇州市に近く、上海市内のホテルより、ここを拠点として活動する方がホテル代も安価で移動の際の渋滞も少なく効率的に移動できる。wi-fiでグーグル、フェイスブックがつながる。

괜찮은 호텔.
일부 바닥이 청소가 안된 부분도 있었지만 중국호텔의 전반적인 수준 보다는 좋았다. 침구가 잘정돈되어 있고 깨끗하며 편안했다.
조식부페도 괜찮은 수준이다. 커피를 테이크아웃하게 배려한 것도 마음에 든다.

The best Holiday Inn of the chain.
This is the best Holiday Inn you will ever stay in. This was my first trip to China and the HI in the City Centre was the nicest HI I have ever had the pleasure of staying in for 4 days. The view of the canal was relaxing and the hotel staff was welcoming. The hotel was very upscale and one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. There are too many positive comments to state here. I will definitely stay here again on all of my future business trips to Taicang. Five stars!

外国人には便利なホテル
歩いて3-4分にスターバックスがあって、ホテルを出てすぐにケンタッキーがあるので、外国人には便利なホテルです。
ただ、朝食のビュッフェがあまりおいしくない・・・こんなものかなぁとも思いますが、パンもパサパサだし、おかずは中華が多いのですが、昨晩の残りではないかと思うくらい油っぽくて、朝から食べたくないです。
コーヒーの機械があって、一杯づつ抽出できるのはいいのですが、とにかく出てくるのが遅いです。2台しかないから必ず並んでいます。
ホテルの部屋には殆どシャワーしかありません。バスタブは 高い部屋にだけあるようです。
ホテルにマッサージやスパなどの施設はありません。
