Check in was quick, room was ok. Went out for a while and upon return looked like someone had been in the room and the key card didn't work. Had to wait by reception for 15 mins for a member of staff, no sign to say they had stepped away. Other than that all was ok

They said they were pet friendly but they said an emotional support dog was not a service dog so I was charged for it. The rooms were way out of date. Iโm not sure how this establishment is still associated with Days Inn

kept my deposit
the stay started off alright then the next morning there was no power for anybody, they kept my 50$ deposit because there was little blood on the sheet (my girl was on her time of the month) and it was dark all around could barely get ready for my later event also couldnโt get breakfast. areas pretty ghetto too wouldnโt recommend.

The bed was great, but thatโs about it. Not very clean and it took a good 15 minutes or more to get hot water for shower. Floors dirty, smelled like tobacco, very gross ash tray. We requested non smoking room, they said it was, so why the smell and ash tray?

Check in was difficult. Bed was very firm and uncomfortable. The do not disturb sign wouldnt stay on the door. The photos need to be updated as the recent paint job had me worried i was at the wrong place.

Really...???
I didn't enjoy my stay so much it was late when I got there to check in and first there was a paper on the door saying go to the office on the hotel that was in the front so once I got in there the clerk said he had to call Expedia to verify I paid already after I showed him my itenirary and receipt so after that I get a room that the key wouldn't open and so I had to walk back to the office of the other hotel to tell him that my key didn't work he rekeyed it And it still didn't work so he came up there tried his master key it didn't work so he put me in a different room.

We hated everthing so much we didnt stay there at all. I want a refund of the one night and they saud tough it is non refundable. We asked to stay the one night we paid for and they said NO.

I had to call a number to get someone to come to the front desk. There was a note that said would be back in 10 minutes. Well no one came back in 10 minutes. I had to call.
There was a free complimentary breakfast that starts at 6:00AM. The door was locked and a note said to see the person in the motel next door. When the person came he had to start bringing out what food was available. I wanted to get on the road so the first thing that was brought out was yogurt. I do not what else would of been available as I left to start my travel.

Days inn Newest lost customers
The experience was the worst. I never got to check in. Between the hotel.com app and the Days inn app. Days inn ask if you to put card on file only to charge you for your stay then want you to pay again once you get to hotel. A process that seems fraudulent to me. This is a double charge plus asking for a deposit with it. So for a 2 night stay I was asked to spend over 400$ when the rooms was supposed to be a nice rate. Will never deal with a hotel that I can't pay through the app again. Put me at A very inconvenient spot. And with me trying to spend time with my grandkids it was very embarrassing trying to explain to toddlers how we have to go to a different place when I had just arrived in town...I will never stay at another Days inn location anywhere...
