Amazing! The view was everything I hoped for!!! The room smelled pleasant and clean, the room was so cute! Will stay again and recommend to all I know! I loved how it was in between Newport and Lincoln city so travel to both was convenient.

This place is amazing! Each room has a balcony that overlooks the beach and the ocean. This place really earns its name, because the sunset from the room was gorgeous! There is a short walk to the beach. The room was clean, decorated with beach decorations, and I loved the electric fireplace that was in the room.

Great sunsets!!! Cute, clean, helpful housekeeping. Under construction and a little hard to find the first time other than that no complaints. Would absolutely stay again!
