Great location

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, its located 2 streets over from the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. The only issue is the street traffic is loud and the curtains do not block the light from coming in the window. Make sure you take ear plugs and a sleep mask

In a pinch

After our last hotel canceled our reservation after we arrived, i found this hotel last minute. We had to pay top dollar to stay during the first weekend of summer and this was not a top dollar hotel. The service was good and the location was great. The room was cleanish, the tv didn't work, the sheets had "pasta sauce" on them (both beds) and the shower hot and cold repeatedly. At least we had a place to stay and there were no roaches.

Great location but not beachside as advertised. A block away from beach. Rooms recently upgraded but deodorizer smell to hide mildew smell. Outside pretty rough looking, trash in stairwells. No elevator Slept well. No amenities...not even coffee.
